She was predeceased by: her parents, T. C. Cobb and Eva Cobb; her siblings, James, Larry Cobb and Mary Ella Cobb Holifield of Laurel, MS; and her grandson Dane Erick Knight of Bay St.
She is survived by: her husband Alvin McLain; her stepchildren, Ken McLain of Gainesville, FL and Carol Gibbes of Laurel; her son Douglas E. Knight III (Mae A. Knight); her grandchildren, Nathan E. Knight, Levi J. Knight and Emily Mae Knight; and her sister Anita Parkerson of Laurel, MS. She is also survived by many cousins and nieces.
