He is survived by: his sons, David Endsley of Huntsville, AL, Sam Endsley of Springfield, MO and Mark Endsley of Louisville, KY; and his sisters, Joyce Endsley Teague and Peggy Endsley. He is also survived by five grandchildren; one great grandson.
