He is survived by: his wife Rebecca "Becky" Johnson; his daughters, Elisha Wren Waites and Samantha "Sam" West (Kevin); and his grandchildren, Kenzie Waites, Hagen West, Anastin Claire West and Ray Smith. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
