He was predeceased by: his father Vincent Anthony Liberto; and his brothers, Vincent Anthony Liberto, Jr. and Thomas David Liberto. He is survived by: his mother Maureen Liberto; his son Nicholas Jody Liberto of Pensacola; his sister Lee Ann Boyette (Gary); his sibling's children, Margaret Ann Boyette, Alex Boyette of Athens and Lee Boyette (Aleza) of Hattiesburg, MS; his sister-in-law Delane Pitts Liberto; and his sibling's children, Amanda Liberto and Lance Boyette of Grand Junction, Colorado..
