He was predeceased by: his former wife Anna Jane Stringer; his parents, Lester Stringer and Nettie Stringer; and his sister Marcia Gay Stringer. He is survived by: his wife Lucy Rustin Stringer; his children, Belinda Pickering (Eddie) and Nathan Stringer (Melissa); his stepson Kevin Rustin (Vanessa); his grandchildren, Jonathan Pickering (Jessica), Daniel Pickering (Cassie), Weston Stringer (Mary Kathryn), Trenton Stringer, Dillon, Braxton and Stone Rustin; and his great grandchildren, Anna Blake, Jon Luke Pickering, Willa, Gabe, Porter Ellis Pickering and Grayson Stringer.
