Harvey; his siblings-in-law, Barbara Dutton (Mike) and Robert H. Harvey (Connie); and his grandchildren, Shelby Ryan Lowery, Robert Christian Lowery, Spencer Austin Burnett and Josie Maddison Lowery. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
