He is survived by: his wife Robin Smith; his daughters, Jenna Smith of Laurel, Amy Ward (Brad) of Florida and Kelly Smith of Florida; his stepson Dylan Murphy (Elizabeth) of South Carolina; his grandchildren, Silas, Lyla Smith, Bradley, Caleb Ward, Skylar and Sebastian Murphy; his parents, Brenda Howard Mizell and Mack Smith (Catherine); his sister Renee McMellon (Marlon); his sister-in-law Tracie Flynt; his nieces, Madison, Miranda and Mallory; his close friend Cary Bilodeau; and his pets, Minnie and Petey.
