He is survived by: his wife Rosa Dowling Tindell; his daughter Dawn Mullins (Mark); his grandchildren, Matthew Mullins, Megan Mullins, Terah, Asher and Ellie Hendry; and his siblings, Twila Matthews (Troy), Linda Wilson, Ethel Wheetly (Larry), David Merkey and Billy Merkey (Elaine). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
