It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Blackwell Nichols (Laurel, Mississippi), who passed away on November 18, 2018, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Henry Lee and Annie Blackwell; her siblings, D. P., Clyde, Buck, Morris, Charles and Dovey; her spouse Luther Evon Nichols; and her sons, Jerry, Wayne (Jan) and Mark (Myra).
