He was predeceased by: his father Bobby Harper; and his grandparents, Martin L. Brashier, Deloris Dillen and Edwin Ryan Harper (Tree Top). He is survived by: his daughter Clover Harper; his mother Kathy Brashier Harper; and his grandmother Alice Faye Montague Brashier. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, and cousins.
