She is survived by: her husband Matt Phillips; her father Clifford Guthrie; her children, Kayla Boler (Buford), Debe Lee (Randy) and Justin Phillips (Addison); and her brothers, Ricky Guthrie (Angela) and Jimmy Guthrie (Nena). She is also survived by ten grandkids.
