He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James E. Shelby and Rosetta Nelson; and his siblings, James Earl Shelby, Leon Shelby and Alicia M. Carroll.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Stringer Church (366 Co Rd 17, Stringer, MS 39481). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
