He was predeceased by: his parents, Bilbo Ulmer and Della Temple Ulmer; his wife Shelby Jean Walker Ulmer; and his brothers, Billy Gerald Ulmer and Anthony Theo "Joe" Ulmer.
He is survived by: his children, Pam Ulmer Walley, Mark Ulmer and Dana Ulmer Albaradei; and his sisters, Linda Ulmer Cox, Brenda Ulmer Williams, Ulmer McDaniel and Elayne Ulmer. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, four great grandchildren.
