He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Waldrep; his children, Wayne Waldrep, Jr. of Cuba, Stacy Waldrep (Jeanna) of Henning, Melissa Ward of Laurel, Kimberly Smith (Josh) of Colorado Springs and Amy Hinton Wiley (Jenny) of Cincinnati; and his grandchildren, Preston Deese, Hunter Armstrong, Jack Reeves and Kylie Ward.
