"Chip" Carter (Markell); his grandchildren, Zeke Carter, Zach Carter and Ziva Carter; his brother Richard C. Carter (Donna); and his nieces, Taja Burleson (Marcus), Stephanie Byrd (Grady), Sheree Brown (Mike) and Britney Martinez (James). He is also survived by great nieces, and great nephews.
