He was predeceased by : his parent Oliver; and his siblings, Artis E., Robert E., Kelly, Billy J., Betty Brown of Flint, MI, Sara Hill of Flint, MI, Gussie Nell Ulmer of Flint, MI, Ethel Mearl Manning of Flint, MI, Kepsa Ann Thomas of Flint, MI and Lillie Magee of Jayess, MS.

He is survived by : his wife Lillie (Sisterdoll); his children, Jeffery Manning, Bridgette Thomas (Grayford), Marie Smith and Maurice Manning (Adina) of Hattiesburg, MS; and his sister-in-law Modean Manning.
