With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elizabeth Ann Doucet of Liberty, Mississippi, born in New Orleans, Louisiana, who passed away on December 28, 2021 at the age of 73. She was predeceased by : her parents, John Edward Schmidt Jr. and Alice Rita Gebbs Schmidt; and her husband Delton Doucet. She is survived by : her children, Lauren Hassabou (Ahmed) and Ricky Theodore Natal Jr. (Shannon); her grandchildren, Allyson Natal and Nicholas Natal; and her brothers, John Edward Schmidt and Kirby William Schmidt. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
