He was predeceased by: his parents, Delmar Doak, Sr. and Lillian F. Taylor; his children, Jeffrey Austin Taylor and Sherri Gayle Taylor; and his brother Donald Green Taylor.
He is survived by: his wife Christina G. Taylor; his sons, Christopher Taylor (Barbara) of Brandon, Gary Taylor (Carmen) of Brandon and Greg Taylor (Melissa) of Brandon; his grandchildren, David Taylor (Amy), Cory Taylor (Amanda), Daniel Taylor (Heather), Andy Taylor (Holly), Nikki Miles (Adam), Logan Taylor, Sydney Taylor and Austin Taylor; and his great grandchildren, Noah Taylor, Emma Taylor, Morgan Taylor, Bailee Taylor, Ben Taylor and Colt Miles.
