She was predeceased by: her grandparents, H. P., Myrtis Jefcoat and Thomas Lee Sumrall. She is survived by: her husband Joseph Tally Sims; her children, J. R. Sims, Hugh Ruffin Sims and Karoline Sims; her parents, Hugh Michael and Kathy Jefcoat Sumrall; her sister Sarah Sumrall; her grandmother Faye Sumrall Wolgamott; her mother-in-law Ann N. Sims; and her siblings-in-law, Kimberly Sims Ainsworth (Wayne), Laura Sims Weems (Michael), Elizabeth Sims Lehan (Mark), Carter R. Sims (Marie), Morgan R. Sims and Bay Springs. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and extended family.
