He is survived by: his children, Julie Kirk of Louisville and Eddie Kirk (Selena) of Collinsville, Mississippi.; his grandchildren, Natalie Holdiness, Alisha Copas (Shelby), Jessica Harlan (Jason), Heather Sabinson, Jeremy Kirk (Jennifer), Kevin Kirk and Jennifer Kirk; his great grandchildren, Joseph Saucier, Edward Saucier, Amy Sabinson, Roy Sabinson, Justin Sabinson, Coby Sabinson, Destiny Sabinson, Erin Kilbreath, Kelsey Kirk, Austin Catt, Taylor Kirk, Caleb Kirk, Chelsea Murietta, Dominic Mack, Audrey Mack, Emily Kirk, Quinton Kirk, Aaron Randolph Kirk and Jaxon Holdiness; his siblings, Kathryn Kirk and Sam Kirk (Barbara); and his sister-in-law Gloria Kirk of Louisville. He is also survived by three great-great-grandchildren.

A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Nowell-Massey Funeral Home Chapel (724 N Columbus Ave, Louisville, MS 39339). A burial was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at the Sunrise Memorial Cemetery (4165 MS-15, Noxapater, MS 39346).
