She was predeceased by : her parents, William A. King and Winona E. King (Rennie). She is survived by : her husband Franklin L. Woodruff, Sr.; her children, Franklin L. Jr. Woodruff (Trudy) of Louisville, Willam Marc Woodruff (Callie) of Louisville and Mary Elizabeth Hemphill (Jason) of Louisville; her sister Lou Eaves (Ronnie) of Hattiesburg, MS; and her brothers-in-law, Bobby Woodruff (Barbara) of Guyton, GA and Terry Woodruff (Karen) of Ojai, CA. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Sunday, April 28th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Porter Funeral Home (302 W Park St, Louisville, MS 39339). A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 28th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Flower Ridge Methodist Church (820 Estes Switch Rd, Louisville, MS 39339).
