He is survived by: his wife Tammie; his children, Andy Caldwell (Loria), Andrea Ardoin (Chad), Eva LeBert (Robbie), Joy Newhouse (Nick), Cassie Hearndon (Mikie) and Josh Dixon (Katie); his grandchildren, Rebecca (Josh), Scott, Evie, Hallie, Cameron, Calise, Anthony, Andrew, Susie, Parker, Jillian, Emma, Houston, Hannah, Aubrey Belle, Natalie, Bo, Charlie and Ella; and his great grandchild Genevieve.
