He was predeceased by: his parents, D. Q. Hoover and Wilma Hoover Mize (Shotts). He is survived by: his wife Carol Hoover (Eubanks); his sons, Mike Hoover (Rhonda), Russell Hoover and Stephen Hoover (Angela); his stepdaughters, Lisa Anderson and Tammy Anderson; his grandchildren, Brad, Chad, Nicholas, Chey, Adam and Christopher; and his great grandchildren, Anna, Liam and Henry.
