He is survived by: his wife Annette Amrhein; his stepdaughter Maurissa Amrhein; his mother Sandra Wilkins; and his siblings, Cindy Manuel (De) and Mickey Wilkins (Jennifer). He is also survived by three nieces, three nephews, great nieces and nephews, numerous other relatives and friends.
