She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Dinkins Noble and Eleanor Ann Burke Noble; her husband Jimmy William Horn, Sr.; her grandmother Ethel Houtz Noble; her sister Ethel Joy Walker; and her niece Pamela Joy Swanson.

She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Ann Gilbert (Ted P. Gilbert, Jr.) and Jimmy William Horn, Jr.; her godson Weston Ryder Franklin; her nephew Claude Jefferson Case; and her niece Cissy Hawkins (Rusty).
