McRae; her siblings, Maureen Mirabella and Michael Ray McRae; her niece Melissa Davis; her nephew Michael McRae; her children, Brandon Mizell (Samantha), Allyson Nulta (Michael), Monica Erwin and Zachary Erwin; her grandchildren, Sara Mizell, Haley Mizell and Brandon Mizell; her mother Alice McRae; and her siblings, Charlene Railey (Fig), Roy McRae (Amanda), Raymond McRae (Felecia) and Marcie Rogers. She was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Elaine worked as a cardiac nurse at Gulfport Memorial Hospital and volunteered to be moved into the COVID-19 unit.
