He was predeceased by: his siblings, David Tanner and Judy Finch; his grandson Carter Keith Bond; and also James Tanner. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Tanner; his children, Lee Tanner (Katie), Amanda Tanner and Chris Tanner (Megan); his grandchildren, Gavin, Savannah Jones, Whitley, Lexi, Dean, Savannah Tanner, Cherish, Chandler, Zachary, Grace and Makayla; his mother Betty Rein; and his brothers, Rick Tanner and Steven Tanner (Donna). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Due to the concerns surrounding COVID-19, face masks are required to attend the service.
