He was predeceased by: his parents, Quinton Devesta and Ella Annis Box Merritt. He is survived by: his daughters, Kristy O'Rourke (Dustin) and Kayla Eubanks (Chuck); his grandson Maddox O'Rourke; and his siblings, Randy Merritt, Sherial Stevens (Glen), Pamela Fallon (Jimmy) and Judy Stevens (Ricky). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
