He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Weaver and Gracie Smith Weaver; his siblings, Floyd Weaver, Jr., Flossie Weaver, Jimmy Nicholson and Luvertie Vanosdol (Aubrey); his nephews, David Vanosdol, DeWayne Nicholson, Petie Nicholson, Donie Ray Henly and Philip August Smith; his siblings-in-law, John Huber, Johnny Box, Evelyn Turner and Donna Kline; and his parents-in-law, J. K. and Ruth Box.
He is survived by: his wife Miranda Box Weaver; his children, Mona Desalvo (Peter), Sawanna Maynard (Rick) and Gerald Weaver (Ginger); his grandchildren, Royce, Charles Evander, Daniel, Charles Craig Fortner (Shelby), Gabby Woodard, Jackson Weaver, Paige and Cade Dunagan; his great grandchildren, Justin, Christopher and Emma Fortner; and his sisters, Gloria Huber and Dolly Nicholson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law and other relatives and friends.
