He was predeceased by: his son Brian Randall Ross; his parents, Rufus Ross and Kathryn Ross; his wife Donna Ross; his sons, Jerry Ross, Jr., James David Ross, Brennan McCurley (Jeanne), Shawn McCurley (Laura) and Michael McCurley; and his grandchildren, Sarah, Eli, Brianna, Collin, Cayla, Beaux, Vanna, Jerry III, Amanda, Alisha, Lexy, Courtney and Brian.
