He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Duane Parker, Sr. and Mary Johnette Parker. He is survived by: his children, Hanna Parker, Candice Shelton (Josh) and Brandon Parker; his grandchildren, Kaiden Waltman and Lucas Shelton; his brothers, Bobby Parker (Pam) and Lance Parker (Carley); and his nieces and nephews, Carlie Parker, Robert Parker (Lexi), Jake Parker, Lilley Parker, Laura Parker and Jude Ro Parker. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
