He is survived by: his wife Betty Howell Walley; his children, Mark Walley (Rana), Marsha Walley Ruth (Wesley) and Dede Walley Maslanka (Todd); his sister Anna Faye Kelley-Winders; his uncle Hollis Welford; and his grandchildren, Emily Walley, Lelia Walley, Hunter Rhymes, Peyton Ruth, Bryanna Davidson and Lacy Davidson. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
