He is survived by: his children, John Benyard of Richmond, Dennis Benyard of Lucedale, Carrie Bradley (Clarence) of Lucedale and Janice Hopkins (Ken) of Lucedale; his sister Sheila Scott of Norfolk Virginia; his niece Belinda West (Herbert) of Albany Georgia; his daughters-in-law, Ingrid Benyard (Bobby) of Dallas Texas and Cathy Benyard (Tom) of New Augusta; his sister-in-law Helen Ward (Woody) of Lucedale, MS.; and his close friend Inez Sinclair. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and a host of family & friends.
