He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Eugene Norris Sr. and Helen Norris (Loper). He is survived by: his wife Gale Norris; his children, Linda Alina (Randy), Shoshone Franklin (Rusty), Victoria Norris, Keyra Norris and Hank Eugene Norris; and his siblings, Helen King, Sarah Bulter and Robert Norris Jr.. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren.
