He is survived by: his wife Sharon Reid; his children, Mary Reid Jones, Adrianne Kuntz (Scott), William R. Reid and Billy Reid (Kelly); his mother Mildred Reid; and his siblings, Gay Hill (Fred), Ricky Reid (Sue) and Jeff Reid (Gail). He is also survived by five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Disabled American Veterans (DAV) organization.
