She is survived by: her son Camden Micheal Perkins; her parents, Lanett Dixon (Jamie) and Mitchell Havard; her siblings, Macie Havard-Woods (Brett), Hannah Rogers (Branden), Jonathan Havard and Ashley Dixon; and her grandparents, Ronald Cochran and Barbara Havard. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.
