He was predeceased by: his parents, Tommie Boulton and Callie Mae Boulton; and his siblings, Rosemary Bilbo, Ophelia Scott, Willie D. Smith, Annie Jean Boulton, Tommie George Boulton, Jr. and Charlie Jay Boulton.
He is survived by: his sisters, Melvenia Boone of Cleveland, OH, Christine Dawkins (Claude) of Hickory, MS, Angie Cowan (Solly) of Lucedale, MS, Mae Patterson of Lucedale, MS, Letha Boulton of Ocean Springs, MS and Connie Harrison-Kendall of Decatur, MS. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
