He was predeceased by: his parents, Q. P. Kelly and Mary Magdalene Kelley (Smith); and his brother Gary Kelly. He is survived by: his close friend Gary; his wife Pamela Kelley; his children, Kate Davis (Collin) of Lucedale, MS, Bailey McLeod of Lucedale, MS, Tiffany Tillman (Jacob) of Lucedale, MS and Marcus Devin Havard of Lucedale, MS; his sister Glenda Copeland; his grandchild Adalee Cubbage; and also, Whitney and Dewayne Cubbage.
