He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Carl Graves Collins and Majorie Graham Collins; his wife Rebecca Collins; his children, Windle Mckenzie (Christina), Chad Collins and Senicka Waddle (John); his brothers, Desi Collins (Faye) and David Collins (Carolyn); and his grandchildren, Daniel, Silas, Scarlett Mckenzie, Michael Collins, Madeline, Thomas Luke, Dylan Waddell and Brandon Taylor.
