She was predeceased by: her parents, Betty J. King Albritton and Robert L. Stephens; her stepfather Gabriel Albritton; and her daughter Michelle L. Spainhour. She is survived by: her husband Troy Alfrey; her daughters, Tammy L. Spainhour (Mark Brown) and Angela Rayman (Malcolm); her grandchildren, Allison Swann, Kaela Lee (Jeffrey), Megan Jermyn, Dallas Keith, Jessica Callam and Michael Miller; and her siblings, Roger Stephens (Mary), John Stephens, Karla Stump (Gary), Maria Glass (Timmy) and Rhonda Stephens. She is also survived by four great grandchildren and numerous other relatives and friends.
