She was predeceased by: her parents, James Oliver Brannan and Norma Lee Brannan (Holland); her son Kevin Newbill; and her siblings, Jimmy Brannan, Lula Eckhoff, John Paul Brannan, Timothy Brannan and Lloyd Michael Brannan.
She is survived by: her husband William L. "Bill" Eubanks; her son Keith Newbill; her grandchildren, Derrick Newbill (Allison), Kristine Newbill and Devin Newbill; her great grandchild John Anthony Newbill; and her siblings, Linda McLeod, Nona Sweet, Donna Turner, Teresa Rhodes, Marshall Brannan, Kenneth Brannan and Stephen Brannan.
