She is survived by: her husband Sam Rascoe; her daughters, Hailey Culbreth (Taylor) and Payton Baxter (Ryne); her grandchildren, Taite, Hayden and Brecken Culbreth; her parents, Joe Mills and Sue Mills; her brother Kevin Mills (Lisa); her nieces, Kirstie Kichler (Rick) and Karlie Mills; her mother-in-law Diane Gates (Larry); and her great-nephew Kolby. She is also survived by many cousins and friends.
