He was predeceased by: his parents, Troy L. Rouse and Ruth Edwards Rouse; his son Rickey L. Rouse; and his sisters, Barbara Wilkins and Joan Howell.
He is survived by: his wife Annie Lee Mizell Rouse; his sons, Mike Rouse and Steve Rouse (Lisa); his grandchildren, Moriah Jewel Rouse and Juliana Leigh Rouse; and his siblings, Malcolm "Mac" Rouse (Fran) and Brenda Yonge (Jim).
