She was predeceased by: her husband Austin Mizelle; her parents, William Lloyd and Maudie Aliene McLeod Eubanks; her brother William Lloyd "Billy" Eubanks, Jr.; her children, Joey Mallette, Bryan Mallette (Alex) and Amy Mallette; her grandchildren, Logan, Paige, Kyler, Cain, Baylee, Colton, Lena Faye and Jaycee; her siblings, Allison Eubanks and Steve Eubanks (Julie); and her sister-in-law Dana Eubanks.
