She is survived by: her husband Richard Tolbert; her children, Thomas Tolbert, Garrison Tolbert and Mary Margaret Pritchard; her children-in-law, Annie Tolbert and Hal Pritchard; her mother Mary Strickland; and her siblings, Iris Lowder, Tom Strickland and Bill Strickland.
