She was predeceased by: her parent Moyese Gann; her husband James "Jim" Lee Shirley; and her brother Gorden Tyra. She is survived by: her daughters, Sonja Smith (Harold) and Suzette Endris (Will); her grandchildren, Kyle Smith (Amber) and Cameron Endris; and her great grandchildren, Paxton, Saylor, Buddy and Sylas Smith.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Marietta Church of Christ.
