He is survived by : his wife Donna Ratliff; his children, Haley Ratliff Miller (Jason) and Chris Williamson (Heather); his sisters, Glenda Pierce and Jan Clark (David); and his grandchildren, Jasey, Lane and Jaxson Miller. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
