She was predeceased by : her husband George Nathan Morris; her daughter Lee Ellen Morris; her parents, H. Q. Lillis and Lavada Lillis; and her brothers, Billy Lillis and Winston Lillis.

She is survived by : her daughters, Gwen Dale Pittman (Becky Hoffman) and Ruth Holland; her grandchildren, Wesley Hoffman and Allyson Pittman; and her close friend Peggy Robbins. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
