She was predeceased by : her parents, Ocie Vanlandingham Brasher Kancier and J. W. Brasher (John Wesley); her husband James Roy "Bo" Neal; and her son James Roy "Jimmy" Neal, Jr.. She is survived by : her daughter Bobbie JoAn Neal; her grandson Barkley Neal (Sam Devaughn); and her sister-in-law Laquita Neal Weaver. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great and great-great nieces and nephews, cousins and oh so many friends.
Let us all build upon her foundation, given by God Himself, of WHOSOEVER and learn to love as she did.
