She is survived by: her husband Delton Moak; her children, Melissa McGuire (Bruce), Deborah Allred (Elwin) and Chris Moak (Samantha); her grandchildren, Nicole Hannah (Jeremy), Brandon Allred (Angel), Caleb Allred (Cassidy), Marcus Moak, Braden Moak, Braxton Moak, Kacey Allred and Alivia Thompson; her great grandchildren, Trace, Brystol, Evan Allred, Jaxson, Jamie Hannah, Daisy, Eli, Jesse, Carter, Baby Allred, Tonie and Beaux Dixon; her niece Stephanie Carithers (Jerry); and her siblings, Beverly McEwen (Harold), Renae McCullough (Calvin) and Tom Pickett.
